The Worker Seagull is an amazing little Nerf gun. If the Worker Harrier is a rifle, the Seagull is the carbine. They are based on the same architecture, but the Seagull is the CQB version. The Harrier still holds the edge in terms of raw power capability, but the Seagull might just best it in every single other category.
The Seagull (or the Harrier CQB as I like to call it ;-) ) is a superb blaster. Featuring a pump action angled foregrip and a new 15 dart Dragon Claw magazine, the Seagull is an absolute blaster-piece of a Nerf gun.
