"When you're a kid and you wanna go "Wee!," but you ain't got Nerf yet - you hold on for your life. You hold on to your little... foam darts and Stryfe. Foam darts and Stryfe, foam darts and Stryfe, foam darts and Stryfe. Foam darts fired like lightning! Like lightning! Foam darts will rain... "
The Nerf Stryfe has long been a fan favorite amongst Nerfers everywhere. From its tacti-cool looks, to it's awesome performance, the Stryfe is a winner. It's like a Nerf Tec-9 machine pistol. But it can turn into a Nerf MP5 submachine gun with the right attachments. Or a Nerf M4, or an HK16, or an ACR. Whatever. They've literally got the right Nerf gun attachments for the job. Whether you just slap on a few official Nerf attachments, or some aftermarket cosmetic mod kits, the Stryfe can be outfitted any way you like.
The stock performance of the Nerf Modulus Stryfe isn't anything to slouch at, either. It's not full-auto like the Nerf Rapidstrike or the HyperFire (though it can be made to fire full-auto or even burst with the right mod kit), but the Stryfe can still outperform those blasters. You'll be more accurate since you're not shooting fully automatic, and you can even shoot faster if you use a secret little technique I like to call Fingerbang.
To fingerbang the Nerf Modulus Stryfe, first you would need to brace the gun against your shoulder using a stock attachment. Second, you hold the Stryfe up front underneath the barrel. There's a tacti-cool rail there, so you can attach an angled foregrip to make this more comfortable. Last, you insert your extended trigger finger into the trigger guard area and, holding your arm out perpendicularly to the Stryfe, slam your arm back and forth as fast as you can! You'll be hitting the trigger so fast that everyone will think it's full-auto.
The Nerf Stryfe is also the easiest motorized Nerf gun to mod and is my official recommendation for first flywheel mod that you attempt. It's super fun to explore your tinkerer's side and learn to mod and add or takeaway or replace parts and cut away from the shell. Whatever.
The Nerf Modulus Stryfe, in particular, is the most tacti-cool Stryfe out of the box. It includes a couple of attachments already in the box. It comes with a vertical foregrip attachment (from the original Modulus) and it comes with a short barrel attachment (from the Ion-Fire). Tacti-cool!

The Nerf Rival Pilot is a break action, breech loaded Nerf gun that comes in a small package, but packs a big punch. You can even load multiple rounds and send up to three HIR's flying out of this little shotgun pistol at the same time.
This custom Nerf Stryfe includes a PEQ-15 Laser, a Holo sight, and 45 degree offset flip sights. The extended M4 barrel, flash hider with screw on suppressor, picatinny rails and M4 style buttstock turn this Nerf gun into a Colt M4 Carbine.
If you love the Nerf Motoblitz (and you should), but you don't love the paintjob -- don't worry. You can just buy a custom hand-painted Nerf Motoblitz online. Delete the bright teal coloring on the Motoblitz and get a bit more tacti-cool.
Who shot first? It will ALWAYS be you with the Meowser DL-44. This 3D printed replica of Han Solo's Star Wars blaster is built upon OFD's FlyCore tech, shooting half-length darts in full auto fire modes at speeds of up to 50DPS+200 FPS.

Nerf YouTuber Coop772 was one of the first Nerf modders to create a Rapidpistol, which was a minimized Rapidstrike mod. By cutting off the barrel and stock, Coop created a Nerf Uzi - and now this classic Nerf gun mod can be yours! #tactics
If you missed the Coop772 auction, here is a Nerf Rival Perses in a similar configuration. This Perses is brand new and has been modified to work with a 3S LiPo battery. It also features the 160 round extended hopper from OutofDarts.
There's no denying it: The Topsolid M5 K-II pistol is a Nerf gun version of the RK5 from Call of Duty Black Ops 3. And since it features the same loading and 6-dart internal mag, there's also no denying that it's a Dart Zone MK-2 knockoff
