Okay, about 5 or 6 years ago, this company came out with this cool blasters that were an evolved form of laser tag. They connected to everyone's iPhone or iPad (or Android) and used a WiFi Hub to track movements and to release kill streaks and supply drops. It was really cool and seemed the most like playing Call of Duty in real life. The laser tag blasters all had simulated recoil by using vibration/rumble packs like you'd find inside of an Xbox or PlayStation controller. It was really cool. But... then they went away and faded into obscurity.
Not anymore! They are back and they've made some upgrades to the old Recoil blasters. Now they shoot those little orbeez gel beads things. And instead of the vibration/rumble/recoil thing, they've got built in Night Tracers which charge up the Gel beads as they leave the barrel and make them GLOW IN THE DARK! Yup! How cool is that? They feature working motorized magazines that feed the gel beads up into the blaster right into the breech, where they are shot violently out of the barrel... while glowing.
The Havoc (formerly the SR-12 Rogue blaster) is the rifle. It shoots those little gel bb's at 230 FPS with a fire rate of 12 beads a second! The blaster even comes with a high discharge LiPo battery, so you can recharge it whenever you need. No extra batteries required. This was one of my biggest gripes with the original laser tag blasters they made so I'm so happy to see it's been upgraded in that department as well. Anyway, rounding out the Havoc's features are fluorescent fiber optic sights, a walkie talkie built into the blaster and a friggin' selector switch to switch between single shot, 3 round burst, or full auto. What!
Comes with a smart beacon to track accuracy, response time, and hit streaks. You can play solo or multiplayer. Too cool.
YouTuber MrBeast has teamed up with NERF to bring you this Nerf Pro Gelfire x MrBeast. Sporting his vibrant signature colors, it shoots gel rounds from its 300 capacity hopper in full or semi-auto modes. It also includes 20,000 gel rounds!
The Nerf Pro Gelfire Mythic is a gel blaster with an 800 round capacity hopper that's capable of full automatic fire. The Gelfire Mythic features a semi-auto/full-auto switch, an extendable stock, removable barrel and a rechargeable battery.
This is a literal gel bead Sentry Turret. Let that sink in. You can place it anywhere on the battlefield and control it remotely from up to 100 feet away. You can rotate and pivot the turret and fire gel beads at people while hidden. Wow!
Nerf hit the ground running with their rapidly growing line of "Orbeez" shooting gel blasters. The Gelfire Legion is the first spring-action blaster in the lineup, but it's no slouch. It features a 130 round hopper and even has Slam-Fire!
Burst into battle with these Nerf Pro Gelfire blasters! Literally, the Gelfire rounds burst on impact. No dart sweep, no clean up. The mess takes care of itself! This Dual Wield Pack comes with 2 Gel blasters and 5,000 Gelfire rounds.
The Bwine M4A1 Gel Blaster is a super accurate M4 replica that comes in fun Nerf gun colors (translucent orange and blue) and shoots 8mm gel balls at 12 rounds a second at muzzle velocities of 300FPS. Includes 10K gel balls and 2 batteries
This kit is what I imagine an N-Strike Elite Gel Blaster would be like. It's a modular 4-in-1 system that you can build up to a rifle or break all the way down to a pistol. The UnlocX Gel Ball Blaster is what Nerf should have made.
X-Shot has got into the Gel blaster game now too with their flagship model, the X-Shot Hyper Gel HPG-700, which looks like a blaster version of the Remington ACR. Complete with rechargeable battery, select-fire, and a 700 round mag. Neat.
Nerf is back with another new Gelfire blaster and this time it's a... sniper rifle?! The Nerf Pro Gelfire Ghost is a bolt action sniper rifle that comes with a long barrel, an integrated 100 round hopper and fires at a velocity of 200+FPS!
